Charm and tranquility in Talavera’s Old Town
Located in the historic Puerta de Zamora neighborhood, Mula 7 is a cozy 50 m² ground-floor apartment in a quiet building. With a private entrance directly from the street, this accommodation offers a perfect combination of privacy and a strategic location, ideal for couples or families (maximum capacity for 3 guests and a baby).
Although the accommodation is not specially adapted for people with reduced mobility, its access is very convenient: there is only one small step between the sidewalk and the entrance, and the entire interior is on a single level with no unevenness (there is only one step to access the patio).

- The living room connects directly to a patio (shared only with the Morales 8 accommodation, located in the same block) equipped with outdoor furniture and a drying rack for clothes.

- 1 private master bedroom with a double bed and a workspace.
- 1 modern full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Amenities, Safety, and Details
- Air conditioning with heat pump (Split system) in the main rooms and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
- Kitchen equipment: Fridge, microwave oven, stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, and full kitchenware.
- Washer, iron, and ironing board available.
- We provide full bed linen, bath towels, a hairdryer, toiletries, and a welcome treat (coffee, tea, and sweets).
- Extra bed: Service available upon request for an additional cost of €20 per night.
- Crib available upon request at no extra cost.
- Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
Surroundings and Parking
- You can explore the city’s main points of interest on foot, such as the iconic Plaza del Reloj, the imposing City Walls, and various churches and historic monuments. In addition, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, and bus stops very close by.
- The street and its surroundings are a white zone (free parking). Being in the Old Town, the streets are narrow and parking spots are scarce; it is easier to find a spot within a 200 to 300-meter radius. About 400 meters away is the El Palenque public parking lot, where you can book a space by the day or hour online.
- If you are traveling by bicycle, you can leave it safely in the accommodation’s inner patio.
Access and Reception
- We usually offer a personalized reception to welcome you and hand over the keys. However, if you prefer more flexibility or plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, we will provide you with instructions for self-check-in using a lockbox.
