Your large country house in Navalcán
Located at the entrance of Navalcán, just 300 meters from the center and with beautiful views of the Sierra de Gredos, this spacious 320 m² detached chalet is the ideal accommodation for groups of up to 22 people. For greater comfort, the estate features an adjacent private parking area for up to 20 vehicles.
The house stands out for its great versatility, divided into 3 main levels to ensure both rest and entertainment for the group:
1. Main Floor. The heart of the home, designed for rest and daily comfort. It features:
- Spacious entrance hall.
- Porch.
- 1 bedroom with a private en-suite half bath.
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed and windows with direct views of the Sierra de Gredos.
- 1 bedroom with two single beds.
- 1 full bathroom with windows overlooking the Sierra de Gredos.
- Fully equipped kitchen-dining room.
- Spacious living-dining room with TV, fireplace, and a large table seating 12 people. With direct access to the semi-basement.
2. The Semi-Basement (Leisure and Event Level). The star space for the group’s social life, directly connected to the main floor:
- Large multifunctional room with capacity to gather everyone at the same time, perfect for organizing dinners and family reunions.
- It has its own kitchen and bathroom.
- Double access: You can enter comfortably from the inside (going down from the main living room) or independently from the outside (garden).
3. First Floor (Upper Level). An ideal space to offer extra tranquility and privacy. It connects to the main floor via an interior staircase and an exterior spiral staircase that directly joins both kitchens. On this level you will find:
- Full kitchen-dining room.
- Enclosed living room (located right above the porch), equipped with our board games (chess and checkers).
- 1 family room with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and TV.
- 2 bedrooms, each equipped with 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed.
- 1 shared full bathroom for this floor.
Equipment, Safety, and Details
- Air conditioning, heating, and fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout the house.
- Kitchen equipment: Italian and Nespresso coffee makers, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, kitchenware, barbecue utensils, and toaster.
- Extinguisher and first aid kit available.
- We provide basic toiletries, cleaning supplies, firewood, and breakfast basics such as coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, and croissants.
- Crib, high chair, safety bed rails, and children’s bicycles available upon request.
- Pets: Allowed upon prior consultation (no access to bedrooms or sofas).
Exterior and Surroundings
- Large outdoor garden with a covered built-in barbecue, equipped with a paella burner and pan, ideal for outdoor cooking in any weather.
- Privileged location to explore the Navalcán Reservoir, the Tiétar Valley, and go hiking, visit medieval bridges, natural pools, Talavera de la Reina, and Oropesa.

Access and Reception
- We offer a personalized welcome if you arrive before 8:00 PM. For later arrivals, you will have total flexibility through a self check-in system with a lockbox.
