Strategically located in the charming town of Castiello de Jaca, this spectacular newly built house is the ideal accommodation for groups of up to 14 people. The home offers a perfect balance between rest, nature, and conviviality, offering unobstructed views of the mountains and the surroundings of the Aragonese Pyrenees. The property stands out for its great spaciousness and versatility, divided into 2 main spaces to guarantee both rest and maximum entertainment for the group.

1. Main home. The heart of the home, designed for comfort and daily rest. It has three entrances (from the street, via a side ramp, and the main entrance through the front porch) and is distributed as follows:

• Ground floor: Guest toilet at the entrance and shared full bathroom (equipped with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and window to the porch). Room 1 with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV; Room 2 with two single beds and a wardrobe; Room 3 with a double bed, TV, and private en-suite full bathroom with a shower and towel warmer.
• First floor: Additional full bathroom with a shower, narrow balcony, and direct access from the street. Room 4 with two single beds and a wardrobe; Room 5 with a double bed and a wardrobe; Room 6 family room with three single beds, a double bed, and a desk.
• Kitchen-dining room: A cozy and functional area equipped with a television, with access to a small independent terrace and the door that leads directly down to the basement.

2. Cellar / Basement. A large common area on the lower floor, designed so that family gatherings, meals, and leisure time can be fully enjoyed without interfering with the rest in the bedrooms. Includes a large multipurpose room with a children’s play area, television, fireplace, and 3 comfortable sofas, second dining area with a large table, support laundry space (washing machine, drying rack, additional refrigerator, 2 high chairs), and a fifth full bathroom equipped with a shower tray.

Equipment, Security, and Details

• Smart climate control via aerothermal system with underfloor heating throughout the house, adjustable via an independent thermostat on each floor. Free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the accommodation.
• Kitchen equipment: Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and complete kitchenware.
• We provide complete bed linen (sheets, duvets, and extra blankets), bath towels, a hairdryer, and welcome amenities.
• We have 2 high chairs and a children’s play area for the little ones.
• Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
• This is a smoke-free property (smoking is prohibited) and parties or events are not allowed.

Surroundings and Parking

• Furnished main porch at the entrance with a charcoal barbecue, tables, chairs, and sun loungers to enjoy the outdoors, plus a private garden and a 180 m² terrace with beautiful panoramic mountain views. Privileged location in the Aragón Valley, just 15 minutes from Jaca (famous for its Citadel, Cathedral, and gastronomy), 25 minutes from Candanchú ski resort, and 30 minutes from Astún. Ideal for winter sports, hiking, and mountain biking along the Camino de Santiago.
• Parking is very simple: next to the house is the town square, which has ample, completely free public parking where you can comfortably park during your entire stay. Please note that the private garage of the property is not available for guest use.

Access and Reception

• Check-in time is from 17:00h and check-out must be completed by 11:00h. Coordinating the arrival time with the accommodation in advance is required.
