The accommodation shares the entrance and interior patio with the upper floor (Cañada de la Sierra 1º). To access the ground-floor apartment, it is necessary to go up two steps, meaning it is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. It offers a relaxed and functional atmosphere, ideal for couples, families, or business trips (maximum capacity for 4 guests and a baby).
1. Living Area (Living Room-Dining-Kitchen). An open-concept space designed for resting and gathering:

You will also be very close to shopping and dining areas.
- About 300-400 meters from the apartment, you will find a white zone (free parking), where you can find a spot to park your vehicle.
Access and Reception
- We offer a self-check-in system. On the day of your arrival, we will open the building’s main door remotely and contact you to provide exact instructions on where and how to collect the apartment keys.
