This impressive 290 m² detached residence is the ideal accommodation for groups of up to 14 people. The estate offers panoramic views of the village, the Velada plains, and the majestic Sierra de Gredos. For your convenience, it features free street parking right in front of the house, with space always available on both sides.
The property stands out for its great spaciousness and versatility, dividing into 2 main spaces to guarantee both rest and maximum entertainment for the group:
1. Main House. The heart of the home, designed for daily comfort and rest. It is accessed via a staircase leading to a cozy front porch. It features:
- 6 bedrooms (with a total of 3 double beds and 7 single beds). Five of them are connected by a central hallway on the same floor, while the sixth bedroom is located on a first floor accessed by stairs.
- 3 full bathrooms, one of them a private en-suite (integrated into the fifth bedroom).
- Fully equipped main kitchen.
- Spacious and very comfortable living-dining room, equipped with a Smart TV and a large table to gather all guests.
2. Annex Lounge. A building completely independent from the main house, designed so that family gatherings or events do not interfere with the rest of others. In this space you will find:
- Large multi-purpose lounge that includes a fun play area for children and is equipped with air conditioning with a heat pump.
- Wood-burning stove with oven and griddle, ideal for enjoying roasts and meals at any time of the year without depending on the weather.
- Second backup kitchen, equipped with an additional fridge and all necessary kitchenware.
- Laundry room with a half bath.

- Air conditioning and heating in all rooms, plus Wi-Fi throughout the property (including outdoor areas).

- Privileged location to explore the natural paradise of Navalcán: the Reservoir, natural pools, the Roman bridges of the Tiétar River, as well as endless hiking, cycling, and birdwatching routes. Furthermore, it is an ideal starting point to visit Talavera de la Reina and the historic site of Oropesa.
