Located in a quiet area of Talavera, Cañada de la Sierra 1º is a modern and bright 55 m² apartment situated on the first floor of a house. The accommodation shares the entrance and interior patio on the ground floor with the lower apartment (Cañada de la Sierra Bajo). To access the apartment it is necessary to climb stairs, meaning it is not equipped for people with reduced mobility. It offers a relaxed and functional atmosphere, ideal for couples, families, or business trips (maximum capacity for 4 guests and a baby).

- Spacious living room equipped with a Smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work.

You will also be very close to shopping and dining areas.
- About 300-400 meters from the apartment, you will find a white zone (free parking), where you can find a spot to park your vehicle.
Access and Reception
- We offer a self-check-in system. On the day of your arrival, we will open the building’s main door remotely and contact you to provide exact instructions on where and how to collect the apartment keys.
